Song of the moment: the Hallelujah Chorus

(Thu Dec 14 11:17:59 2006)

I finished my last test yesterday, and turned in my senior design notebook today.

I finished my last test yesterday, and turned in my senior design notebook today. Note to self - I need a better notebook for next semester. I'm hoping for a C, but honestly, a D would be fine with me. D means "go ahead and pass." A nice, simple, "You're done, you don't have to do it again, move to the next window and thanks for shopping at LeTourneau."

By the way, playing the Hallelujah Chorus has been a little tradition of mine; my freshman semester, my English professor played the chorus before the exam began, as the devotion. Ever since, I've played it as soon as I've finished my last test. Some times I felt as exuberant as the song, other times I felt as depressed as the outcome of the test, but every time, I was glad those tests were DONE. No more homework, no more school work, no more tests and quizzes until next semester - and this time, next semester is the last one! Hooray!

Interesting side note: The Internet is down. Yeah. I'm sitting here at work, all ready and willing to work on my website and post things to my blag, and the Internet is down. In fact, it's only been down for the last few minutes - I had time to print off an email, then *pop*, it was gone. If this doesn't get posted until later today... that's why. Blame my company.

Aha! It's back... after half an hour of waiting. [posts blag]
